By using the IMarketingOS platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

IMarketingOS provides an integrated marketing platform including WhatsApp management, marketing campaigns, contact management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data and all activities conducted through it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Usage Policy

It is prohibited to use the platform to send spam messages, illegal content, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of policy violation.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are paid in advance according to the selected plan. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid during the previous 12 months.
